Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team to make a real-world impact on the Dairy Industry. You will be a part of large-scale projects from cradle to grave, helping design, engineer, and execute complex wastewater treatment and filtration projects across the globe. We specialize in delivering successful projects to some of the largest dairy product producers in the world, and are looking for a candidate who is excited to contribute to customer and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project budgets ($10M-$15M range) and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate and oversee project schedules for contractors and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and trade workers on construction projects.
  • Procure and manage materials and equipment.
  • Provide regular project status reports, including completion estimates.
  • Monitor construction progress and report on timelines and adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and building codes.
  • Review project documents and coordinate internal engineering reviews.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on wastewater treatment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry and wastewater treatment processes.
  • Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Key Skills: Budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation, team leadership, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dairy industry experience
