Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, organized Buyer/Office Assistant to assist in purchasing/buying and provide day to day office management. 


  • Completed High School/Associate level degree or relevant years of experience
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/Power point/Access)       
  • Social Media and Tech-Savvy


  • Advise present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls, operating telephone equipment, and automatic dialing systems

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with appropriate party

  • Maintain and create SAP purchase orders for all users, ensure the purchase order data is kept clean and close any unwanted POs

  • Order raw materials according to forecast requirements for manufacturing processes

  • Conduct stock count every month and submit the report to supervisor and finance

  • Order office supplies, for service or R&D purposes using the correct GL account

  • Receives the material from the supplier and does Goods receipt for POs in system

  • Communicate regularly with Suppliers

  • Arrange logistics for inbound and outbound shipment for the facility and prepares the required shipping documents
