Who We Are

Hunter Crown (www.HunterCrown.com) is a consultative, boutique executive search firm dedicated to placing top talent with world class companies in the water and wastewater space. Our clients build the treatment equipment, provide the chemical programs, or deliver other services to treatment plants in the municipal, industrial, and commercial sectors. We typically work on searches that fall into one of three categories: Executive or Management, Sales & Business Development, and Engineering/Project Management.

Purpose of Position

You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates with the explicit goal of placing top talent in to our client companies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting efforts for assigned positions
  • Manage job postings and candidate resumes for open job requisitions
  • Search relevant databases for qualified candidates
  • Network with industry professionals in order to source potential candidates
  • Review and format resumes
  • Share candidates and sources with Team members
  • Follow up with candidates, clients, and team members in a timely fashion
  • Work with Team members to develop systems, processes, and strategies to further the Company
  • Provide professional services (writing, admin, etc.)
  • Other responsibilities as required

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree, with preference for those who have graduated "With Honors" or above
  • Demonstrated top performance in academic, professional or personal endeavors 
  • Preferably a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional environment
  • Explicit experience and passion for working in a high touch, human-centric environment
