Vice President of Finance

The VP of Finance will be a key member of the Executive Team and will be expected to bring vision, strategy, and commitment to help drive the growth of business. Leadership and management skills are both critically important as is a desire to excel. This position will have direct management responsibility of the Pricing and Accounting teams.

Our home is a 100,000 square foot plus production facility and our equipment is top of the line.   • Provides strategic financial leadership and support on the evaluation of capital appropriations, potential alliances, acquisitions, mergers and financial investments and/or other issues affecting the business.
  • Ensures timely and accurate budget analysis and financial review for management team.
  • Recommends and develops policies, procedures and systems to meet company objectives by partnering with managers to provide key financial data, analysis and insights.
  • Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass, profitability, productivity, efficiency and business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.  
  • Recommends and leads new efforts to improve ROA and OI/Sales performance.
  • Works to optimize the handling of Banking and Treasury relationships and initiates needed strategies for improvement.
  • Builds, develops and manages Finance and Pricing team capable of carrying out needed initiatives.
  • Stays abreast of trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance for the finance and information technology functions.
  • Aligns financial policies and procedures with company objectives.
  • Establishes financial reporting systems and controls to ensure compliance with company expenditure requirements and to meet customer needs.
  • Responsible for successful and timely completion of audited financial statements.
